Guilt Machine

Guilt Machine bonus track available for streaming

Guilt Machine Bonus Track uploaded

We’ve just uploaded “Michelangelo”, one of the bonus tracks available only on the Limited and Special editions of “On This Perfect Day.” The track is a cover version of the Jimmy Campbell (23rd turnoff) original, and features Arjen on lead vocals. Visit www.myspace.com/guiltmachine to listen!

Guilt Machine pre-orders a success!

Thanks to all of you who pre-ordered copies of “On This Perfect Day” and made our pre-order campaign a fantastic success — in fact, it was the best pre-order campaign in the history of the Mascot Records webshop!

If you placed your order on or before 28 August, it should already be on its way to you. NB! Please direct any questions about your orders to Mascot Records directly (see the email address on your Paypal confirmation email).

All of the copies we originally signed have sold out, but last week we signed a batch of extra copies just to make sure eventual latecomers won’t be left out. If you’ve still not placed your order, hurry over to the Mascot Records store while supplies last.

  1. Ah, a fantastic backdrop to my afternoon! Just been listening to some Avid after enjoying what I’ve heard of Guilt Machine so fa. Nothing like listening to Ayreon, etc, whilst buried neck-deep in website code!

  2. Great album! Arjen and Guilt Machine created a progressive monster! I’m impressed…

    Twisted Coil my favourite.

    Best Wishses from Poland.

  3. I find that my singing voice sounds mostly like
Daniel Gildenlöw of Pain Of Salvation and I can also
make it sound a bit like Magnum’s Bob Catley, Steve Lee from Gotthard and Jonas Renske from Katatonia.
When I don’t have a cold I can do the death metal
grunts/growls without cupping my hands over my
mouth so with all this in mind (and the fact that only
two people outside my immediate family didn’t like my singing) I would say I’ve got a pretty good shot at
Canadian Idol. I bet we are all sick of the kind of songs
people pick for those kind of shows so I encourage
anyone living in North America that has a good singing voice to sing an Ayreon song.
